Key Features

CR Touch Auto Leveling

Automatic bed leveling system with 16-point mesh calibration ensures perfect first layer adhesion and consistent print quality across the entire build plate.

Sprite Direct Extruder

All-metal direct drive extruder provides precise filament control, enabling printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing for cleaner prints.

Dual Z-axis Lead Screws

Dual Z-axis synchronization ensures stable and accurate vertical movement, eliminating layer shifting and improving print quality for tall objects.

PEI Magnetic Build Plate

Spring steel PEI-coated magnetic build plate provides excellent adhesion while hot and easy removal when cool, with flexible surface for effortless print removal.

Silent Motherboard

32-bit silent motherboard with TMC2209 stepper drivers reduces operational noise to below 50dB while providing smooth and precise motor control.

Resume Print Function

Power failure recovery feature automatically saves print progress and resumes printing from the last layer when power is restored.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects

Hotend Design

All-metal hotend with copper heat block and titanium heatbreak for reliable high-temperature printing

Motion System

Precision V-slot wheels and GT2 timing belts provide smooth and accurate XYZ axis movement

Heated Bed

Carborundum glass bed with silicon heating pad ensures even heat distribution for optimal adhesion

Firmware Features

Marlin-based firmware with thermal runaway protection and advanced calibration options

Filament Compatibility

Supports PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and other common 1.75mm diameter filaments

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power supply issue, loose connections Check power cable, verify all connections are secure
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface
Filament not extruding Nozzle clog, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension, loose pulleys, over-tightened wheels Adjust belt tension, tighten pulley screws, check wheel tension
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings Lower temperature, increase retraction distance/speed
Warped prints Bed temperature, cooling, ambient temperature Increase bed temp, use enclosure, adjust cooling settings

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E4: Power supply error - Check voltage and connections
  • E5: Motor error - Check stepper motor connections
  • E6: Probe error - Check CR Touch connection and function
