Key Features

Resume Printing Function

Automatically saves printing progress. If power fails, printing can resume from the last layer without starting over.

Precision V-Slot Wheels

High-precision V-slot wheels provide smooth and stable movement on all axes, ensuring accurate printing results.

MK8 Extruder

High-quality MK8 extruder with improved feeding mechanism for consistent filament flow and reduced clogging.

Carborundum Glass Bed

Upgraded carborundum glass build plate provides excellent adhesion while allowing easy print removal when cooled.

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality Meanwell power supply ensures stable voltage output and safe operation during long printing sessions.

Integrated Control Board

Silent motherboard with TMC2208 drivers reduces noise during operation and provides smoother motor movement.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects.

Bowden Extruder

Separates the extruder motor from the hotend, reducing moving mass for faster and more precise printing.

Heated Build Plate

Prevents warping by keeping the first layers at optimal temperature for different filament types.

Manual Bed Leveling

Four-point manual leveling system with springs and knobs for precise bed calibration.

Filament Runout Sensor

Detects when filament runs out and pauses printing, allowing you to reload and continue.

SD Card Printing

Offline printing capability via SD card, with easy file selection through the LCD interface.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, secure all connections, test outlet
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, low temperature Clean nozzle, tighten extruder spring, increase temperature
Poor layer adhesion Low temperature, printing too fast, cooling too strong Increase temperature, reduce speed, adjust cooling fan
Warped prints Bed not level, bed temperature too low, drafts Re-level bed, increase bed temperature, eliminate drafts
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings incorrect, temperature too high Adjust retraction settings, lower printing temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension loose, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check for obstructions, improve cooling

Common Issues and Solutions

  • Bed Leveling Issues: Re-level bed using paper method, adjust all four corners evenly
  • Extruder Clicking: Check for nozzle clog, increase temperature, clean extruder gear
  • First Layer Problems: Adjust Z-offset, clean build surface, use adhesion aids
  • Overheating: Check fan operation, ensure proper ventilation, reduce ambient temperature
  • SD Card Errors: Format SD card, use different card, check file format
  • Motor Skipping: Check current settings, reduce acceleration, lubricate rods
