  • Hex wrenches (included)
  • Spanner (included)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Leveling card or paper

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unbox and Check Parts: Carefully unbox all components and verify all parts are present using the parts list.
  2. Assemble Frame: Connect the vertical aluminum extrusions to the base frame using the provided screws and tools.
  3. Install Z-axis: Mount the Z-axis lead screws and stepper motors to the vertical frame.
  4. Install X-axis: Attach the X-axis gantry with the extruder assembly to the Z-axis.
  5. Install Print Bed: Mount the heated bed to the Y-axis carriage and ensure it moves smoothly.
  6. Connect Electronics: Route and connect all cables to the mainboard following the wiring diagram.
  7. Level the Bed: Perform manual bed leveling using the paper method to ensure proper first layer adhesion.
  8. Test Run: Run the printer through initial setup and test print to verify proper operation.
Warning: Ensure all electrical connections are secure before powering on. Keep hands away from moving parts during operation.

Key Features

Large Build Volume

300x300x340mm build volume allows printing of larger objects or multiple smaller objects in a single print job, perfect for cosplay, prototypes, and functional parts.

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves print progress. In case of power failure, the printer can resume printing from the last layer, preventing print failures and material waste.

Carborundum Glass Platform

Ultra-flat tempered glass bed with carborundum coating provides excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal after cooling, ensuring perfect first layers.

Dual Z-axis Design

Two independent Z-axis lead screws provide enhanced stability and precision, reducing layer shifting and improving print quality for tall objects.

MeanWell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified power supply ensures stable voltage output, improving print consistency and safety during long printing sessions.

Upgraded Extruder

All-metal extruder with improved tension adjustment provides reliable filament feeding for various materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU.

Printing Materials Compatibility

PLA

Easy to print, low warping, perfect for beginners and detailed models

ABS

Durable and heat-resistant, ideal for functional parts and prototypes

PETG

Strong and flexible, combines ease of printing with durability

TPU

Flexible filament for rubber-like parts, gaskets, and phone cases

Wood PLA

Composite filament with wood fibers for realistic wooden finishes

Carbon Fiber

Reinforced filament for extra strength and stiffness in parts

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, mainboard fault Check power supply, ensure all connections are secure
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, wrong nozzle height Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface
Filament not extruding Nozzle clog, extruder tension issue Clean nozzle, check extruder gear tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check and adjust belt tension, ensure smooth movement
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings Lower temperature, increase retraction distance/speed
Warping/corner lifting Bed temperature, draft, adhesion issue Increase bed temp, use enclosure, apply adhesive

Common Error Messages

  • Thermal Runaway: Heater malfunction - Check thermistor and heater cartridge connections
  • Heating Failed: Heater not reaching temperature - Check heater wiring and power supply
  • Max Temp Error: Temperature exceeded limit - Check thermistor for short circuit
  • Min Temp Error: Temperature below minimum - Check thermistor for open circuit
  • Homing Failed: Endstop not triggered - Check endstop switches and wiring
  • SD Card Error: Card not detected - Reformat SD card or try different card
