Key Features

CR Touch Auto Leveling

Automatic bed leveling with 16-point mesh calibration ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire print surface.

Direct Drive Extruder

All-metal direct drive extruder provides better filament control, allowing printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.

Dual Z-axis Screws

Dual Z-axis lead screws with independent motors ensure stable and precise vertical movement, reducing gantry sag.

Carborundum Glass Bed

High-temperature resistant glass bed with carborundum coating provides excellent adhesion when hot and easy release when cool.

Silent Mainboard

32-bit silent mainboard with TMC2208 drivers reduces operational noise to below 50dB for quiet printing.

Filament Runout Sensor

Detects when filament runs out and pauses printing, allowing you to resume after reloading without losing progress.

Printing Technology Explained

PLA Printing

Ideal for beginners, prints at 200-220°C with excellent detail and minimal warping

ABS Printing

High-strength prints requiring heated bed (100-110°C) and enclosed environment

PETG Printing

Durable and flexible material printing at 230-250°C with good layer adhesion

TPU Printing

Flexible filament printing enabled by direct drive extruder at 220-240°C

Wood Filament

Specialty filament containing wood particles for realistic wood-like prints

High-Speed Mode

Optimized settings for faster printing while maintaining acceptable quality

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, ensure all cables are secure, test outlet
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, wrong temperature Clean nozzle, tighten extruder gear, check temperature settings
Poor bed adhesion Unlevel bed, dirty build surface, wrong bed temperature Re-level bed, clean with isopropyl alcohol, adjust bed temperature
Layer shifting Loose belts, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower temperature, increase retraction distance/speed
Warped prints Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft in room Increase bed temp, reduce cooling fan speed, use enclosure

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check heating elements and cooling
  • E4: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
  • E5: Power loss - Resume print from power loss recovery
  • E6: CR Touch error - Check auto-leveling sensor connection
