Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Leveling card or paper (0.1mm thickness)
- Hex keys (included)
- Wrench set
- Spirit level
- Clean cloth
Step-by-Step Bed Leveling
- Prepare the Printer: Ensure the printer is on a stable, level surface and all components are properly assembled.
- Home All Axes: Use the control panel to home the X, Y, and Z axes to establish reference points.
- Preheat Bed: Preheat the print bed to 60°C to account for thermal expansion.
- Disable Steppers: Disable stepper motors from the control panel to allow free movement of the print head.
- Position Nozzle: Manually move the print head to the first leveling point (front left corner).
- Adjust Bed Screws: Use the leveling card between nozzle and bed, adjust the bed screw until you feel slight resistance.
- Repeat for All Points: Repeat the process for all four corners and the center point, making multiple passes for accuracy.
- Test Level: Run a bed level test print to verify leveling accuracy across the entire print surface.

Key Features
Spring Steel PEI Build Plate
Magnetic spring steel PEI sheet provides excellent adhesion when heated and easy print removal when cooled, featuring a textured surface for superior first layer grip.
Sprite Direct Drive Extruder
All-metal direct drive extruder with dual-gear feeding provides precise filament control, reduced retraction distance, and excellent performance with flexible filaments.
CR Touch Auto Leveling Sensor
Though manual leveling is primary, the CR Touch sensor assists with bed mesh creation and provides visual feedback during the manual leveling process.
Dual Z-Axis Lead Screws
Synchronized dual Z-axis lead screws provide exceptional stability and prevent gantry sag, ensuring consistent first layer height across the entire build plate.
4.3-inch Color Touch Screen
Large color touch screen with intuitive interface makes manual bed leveling procedures easy to follow with step-by-step visual guidance.
All-Metal Hotend
High-performance all-metal hotend allows printing with a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and more exotic filaments.
Bed Leveling Points Explained
Front Left Corner
First reference point - adjust until leveling card shows slight resistance
Front Right Corner
Second point - maintain consistent resistance with front left
Rear Right Corner
Third point - check diagonal consistency with front left
Rear Left Corner
Fourth point - complete the four-corner leveling process
Center Point
Final check - ensure center is properly leveled relative to corners
Multiple Passes
Repeat process 2-3 times as adjustments affect adjacent points
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, nozzle too high, dirty bed surface | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol |
| Nozzle digging into bed | Nozzle too low, incorrect Z-offset | Adjust bed screws to raise bed, recalibrate Z-offset |
| Uneven first layer | Warped bed, inconsistent leveling | Check bed flatness with straight edge, relevel all points |
| Filament not sticking | Bed temperature too low, incorrect distance | Increase bed temperature, adjust nozzle distance |
| Corner lifting | Bed temperature uneven, draft in room | Use enclosure, ensure consistent bed temperature |
| Inconsistent extrusion | Nozzle partially clogged, extruder issues | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension and gears |
Common Leveling Issues
- Corner Inconsistency: Adjust opposite corners simultaneously - front left with rear right, front right with rear left
- Center Too High/Low: Check bed flatness - may require manual mesh leveling in firmware
- Spring Tension: Ensure all bed springs are equally compressed to about 70-80%
- Thermal Expansion: Always level with bed at printing temperature
- Worn Surface: Replace PEI sheet if surface becomes too smooth or damaged
- Loose Screws: Check that all bed mounting screws are properly tightened
