Key Features
CR Touch Auto-Leveling
Automatic bed leveling with 16-point mesh compensation ensures perfect first layers every time, eliminating manual bed leveling hassles.
Dual Z-Axis Screws
Two synchronized Z-axis lead screws provide enhanced stability and precision, preventing gantry sag and ensuring consistent layer quality.
Sprite Direct Extruder
All-metal direct drive extruder provides superior filament control, enabling printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.
Carborundum Glass Bed
High-temperature resistant glass bed with textured carborundum surface provides excellent adhesion and easy print removal.
Silent Mainboard
TMC2225 stepper drivers reduce operational noise to under 50dB, allowing for quiet operation in home or office environments.
Filament Runout Sensor
Automatically pauses printing when filament runs out, allowing for filament change and resuming without losing the print.
Printing Materials Compatibility
PLA
Standard filament for general printing, easy to use with minimal warping
ABS
Durable material requiring heated bed and enclosure for best results
PETG
Strong and flexible material with good layer adhesion and chemical resistance
TPU
Flexible filament requiring direct drive extruder for optimal printing
Wood PLA
Composite filament with wood particles for realistic wood-like finishes
Carbon Fiber
Reinforced filament requiring hardened steel nozzle for abrasive materials
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, loose connections | Check power supply, ensure all cables are securely connected |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not leveled, incorrect nozzle height | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed surface |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder tension issue | Clean nozzle, check extruder gear tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check and adjust belt tension, ensure smooth movement |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings | Lower temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed |
| Warping corners | Bed temperature, cooling, adhesion | Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, apply adhesive |
