Key Features

Silent Mainboard

Features TMC2208 silent stepper drivers that reduce operational noise to below 50dB, allowing for quiet printing even in living spaces.

Carborundum Glass Bed

Upgraded glass build plate with carborundum coating provides excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal once cooled.

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified power supply ensures stable voltage output and improved safety during long printing sessions.

4.3" Color LCD

Large color touchscreen with intuitive interface makes operation and navigation through settings simple and user-friendly.

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

Sturdy aluminum extrusion frame provides excellent stability and rigidity for consistent, high-quality prints.

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves print progress and can resume printing after power failure, preventing wasted time and filament.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects.

Bowden Extruder

Lightweight extruder design reduces moving mass on X-axis for faster, more precise movements.

PID Temperature Control

Precise temperature regulation maintains consistent hotend and bed temperatures throughout prints.

V-Wheel Motion System

Smooth POM wheels on V-slot aluminum provide quiet, precise movement on all axes.

Capricorn PTFE Tube

High-temperature PTFE tubing ensures smooth filament feeding and reduces friction.

All-Metal Extruder

Upgraded aluminum extruder provides better grip and more consistent filament feeding.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch, cable connection, fuse issue Check power switch, ensure cable is properly connected, check fuse
Poor bed adhesion Unlevel bed, dirty surface, incorrect temperature Re-level bed, clean with isopropyl alcohol, adjust bed temperature
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder tension, filament jam Clean nozzle, adjust extruder tension, check for filament jam
Layer shifting Loose belts, over-tightened wheels, mechanical obstruction Tighten belts, adjust wheel tension, check for obstructions
Stringing/oozing High temperature, retraction settings, printing speed Lower temperature, adjust retraction settings, increase travel speed
Warped prints Bed temperature, cooling, adhesion issues Increase bed temperature, adjust cooling settings, use adhesion aids

Common Error Messages

  • Thermal Runaway: Temperature sensor issue - Check thermistor connections
  • Heating Failed: Heater cartridge issue - Check heater connections and cartridge
  • Max Temp Error: Temperature exceeded safety limit - Check cooling and thermal management
  • Min Temp Error: Temperature below minimum - Check thermistor and ambient temperature
  • Filament Runout: Filament sensor triggered - Load new filament
  • Probing Failed: Auto-leveling issue - Check probe connections and calibration
