Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Check Components: Verify all parts are present using the packing list. Handle components carefully.
- Assemble Frame: Connect the aluminum extrusion frame using the provided screws and brackets.
- Install Z-axis: Mount the lead screws and stepper motors to the vertical frame members.
- Mount Print Bed: Attach the heated bed to the Y-axis carriage, ensuring it moves smoothly.
- Install X-axis: Mount the extruder assembly and hotend to the X-axis gantry.
- Connect Electronics: Route and connect all cables to the control board following the wiring diagram.
- Level the Bed: Use the manual leveling knobs to adjust the bed height at all four corners.
- Initial Calibration: Run the auto-leveling procedure and perform first layer calibration.

Troubleshooting

Common Error Messages
- THERMAL RUNAWAY: Temperature fluctuation detected - Check thermistor connections
- HEATING FAILED: Hotend not reaching target temperature - Check heater cartridge
- HOMING ERROR: Endstop not triggered - Check endstop switches and wiring
- MAXTEMP ERROR: Temperature reading too high - Check thermistor for short circuit
- MINTEMP ERROR: Temperature reading too low - Check thermistor connections
- FILAMENT RUNOUT: Filament sensor triggered - Load new filament and resume
