Key Features
Direct Drive Extruder
High-torque direct drive extruder provides precise filament control, enabling printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.
Auto Bed Leveling
CR-Touch sensor automatically measures 25 points on the print bed to ensure perfect first layer adhesion across the entire build surface.
Dual Z-axis
Dual Z-axis lead screws with independent motors ensure stable and precise Z-axis movement, preventing gantry sag and improving print quality.
Silent Motherboard
TMC2209 stepper drivers provide ultra-quiet operation while maintaining precise motor control and reducing electrical noise.
Filament Runout Sensor
Detects when filament runs out and pauses printing, allowing you to resume exactly where it stopped after reloading filament.
Power Loss Recovery
Automatically saves print progress. After power restoration, the printer resumes printing from the last saved position.
Printing Capabilities
PLA Printing
Optimal settings for standard PLA filament with excellent detail and minimal warping
ABS Printing
High-temperature printing with enclosed chamber option for dimensional stability
TPU Printing
Flexible filament printing with direct drive extruder for precise control
PETG Printing
Durable and chemical-resistant prints with excellent layer adhesion
High-Speed Mode
Accelerated printing up to 200mm/s for rapid prototyping
High-Detail Mode
Reduced speed and optimized settings for maximum detail resolution
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, faulty power supply | Check power connection, verify power supply output voltage |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect Z-offset, dirty bed surface | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, incorrect temperature | Clean nozzle, tighten extruder gear, verify temperature settings |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, loose pulleys, overheating drivers | Adjust belt tension, tighten pulley set screws, check cooling |
| Stringing/oozing | Retraction settings, temperature too high | Adjust retraction distance and speed, lower nozzle temperature |
| Warping | Bed temperature, cooling, ambient temperature | Increase bed temperature, reduce part cooling, use enclosure |
Error Codes
- E1: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E2: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
- E4: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume print
- E5: Homing failed - Check endstops and wiring
- E6: Over-temperature - Allow to cool and check cooling system
