Key Features

High-Speed Printing

Capable of printing at speeds up to 600 mm/s with precision, significantly reducing print times while maintaining excellent quality.

Direct Drive Extruder

High-torque direct drive extruder provides superior filament control, enabling reliable printing with flexible materials and complex filaments.

Auto-Leveling System

Advanced sensor-based auto-leveling ensures perfect first layers every time, eliminating manual bed leveling hassles.

Enclosed Chamber

Fully enclosed printing chamber maintains consistent temperature for better print quality with engineering materials like ABS and Nylon.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote monitoring and control via Creality Cloud app, enabling file transfer and print management from your smartphone.

Silent Operation

Silent stepper drivers and optimized firmware reduce operational noise to below 50 dB, suitable for office or home environments.

Printing Technology Explained

CoreXY Motion System

Advanced CoreXY kinematics provide fast, precise movements with minimal vibration for high-quality prints at high speeds.

Linear Rails

Precision linear rails on all axes ensure smooth, accurate movements and long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.

PEI Spring Steel Bed

Magnetic PEI-coated spring steel build plate provides excellent adhesion while allowing easy print removal when cooled.

All-Metal Hotend

High-performance all-metal hotend enables printing with advanced materials including PETG, ABS, TPU, and composite filaments.

Filament Runout Sensor

Automatically pauses printing when filament runs out, allowing you to resume exactly where it stopped after reloading.

Power Loss Recovery

Automatically resumes printing after power interruption, saving time and materials by continuing from the last recorded position.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, main switch off, faulty cable Check power supply, ensure main switch is on, try different outlet
Poor print quality Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, worn nozzle Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, replace nozzle
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slip, low temperature Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase hotend temperature
Layer shifting Loose belts, overheated drivers, mechanical obstruction Tighten belts, check cooling, ensure smooth movement
Warped prints Poor bed adhesion, draft, incorrect bed temperature Clean bed surface, use enclosure, adjust bed temperature
Noisy operation Dry bearings, loose components, firmware issue Lubricate bearings, tighten screws, update firmware

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check heating elements and cooling
  • E4: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
  • E5: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
  • E6: Communication error - Restart printer and controller
