Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, emergency stop activated Check power supply, ensure emergency stop button is released
Poor print adhesion Bed not level, incorrect temperature, dirty bed surface Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, clean with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament tangled Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament spool rotates freely
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Unusual noises Loose components, dry bearings, belt rubbing Tighten all screws, lubricate linear rails, check belt alignment
Wi-Fi connection issues Network configuration, firmware outdated, signal interference Check network settings, update firmware, reduce signal interference

Error Codes

  • E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E03: Bed heating failed - Verify bed thermistor connection
  • E04: Motor stall - Check belt tension and mechanical binding
  • E05: Filament runout - Load new filament or disable sensor
  • E06: Probe error - Clean auto-leveling sensor and retry
