Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, emergency stop activated | Check power supply, ensure emergency stop button is released |
| Poor print adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect temperature, dirty bed surface | Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, clean with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament tangled | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament spool rotates freely |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers | Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling |
| Unusual noises | Loose components, dry bearings, belt rubbing | Tighten all screws, lubricate linear rails, check belt alignment |
| Wi-Fi connection issues | Network configuration, firmware outdated, signal interference | Check network settings, update firmware, reduce signal interference |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
- E03: Bed heating failed - Verify bed thermistor connection
- E04: Motor stall - Check belt tension and mechanical binding
- E05: Filament runout - Load new filament or disable sensor
- E06: Probe error - Clean auto-leveling sensor and retry
