Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, mainboard fault | Check power supply, ensure proper voltage setting, inspect mainboard connections |
| Poor print quality | Uncalibrated, wrong temperature, worn nozzle | Re-run calibration, adjust temperature settings, replace nozzle |
| Filament not feeding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear issues | Perform cold pull, clean extruder gears, check tension |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, loose pulleys, overheating drivers | Adjust belt tension, tighten pulleys, check cooling |
| Unusual noises | Dry bearings, loose components, belt rubbing | Lubricate linear rails, tighten all screws, adjust belt alignment |
| Bed adhesion issues | Unlevel bed, wrong temperature, dirty surface | Re-level bed, adjust temperature, clean with isopropyl alcohol |
