Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't power on | Power supply issue, loose connections | Check power cable, ensure proper voltage setting on PSU |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear issue, filament jam | Perform cold pull, check extruder tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers | Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement, improve cooling |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect | Lower temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed |
| Warping | Bed temperature too low, poor adhesion, drafts | Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids, close chamber |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
- E03: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
- E04: Probe error - Check auto-leveling sensor
- E05: Filament runout - Load new filament
- E06: Communication error - Check cables and connections
