Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power supply issue, loose connections Check power cable, ensure proper voltage setting on PSU
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear issue, filament jam Perform cold pull, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement, improve cooling
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed
Warping Bed temperature too low, poor adhesion, drafts Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids, close chamber

Error Codes

  • E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E03: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
  • E04: Probe error - Check auto-leveling sensor
  • E05: Filament runout - Load new filament
  • E06: Communication error - Check cables and connections
