Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, emergency stop activated Check power supply, ensure emergency stop is released
Poor print quality Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, worn nozzle Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, replace nozzle
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping Clean or replace nozzle, check extruder tension
Layer shifting Belt tension, loose pulleys, overheating drivers Adjust belt tension, tighten pulleys, check cooling
Unusual noises Loose components, dry bearings, belt rubbing Tighten all components, lubricate bearings, adjust belts
Wi-Fi not connecting Network issues, incorrect credentials Check network settings, re-enter Wi-Fi credentials

Error Codes

  • E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E03: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E04: Motor stall - Check stepper drivers and connections
  • E05: Endstop error - Check limit switches and wiring
  • E06: SD card error - Format SD card or replace
