Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, mainboard fault | Check power supply, ensure all connections are secure |
| Poor print quality | Uncalibrated, wrong temperature, worn nozzle | Run calibration, adjust temperature settings, replace nozzle |
| Filament not feeding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear worn, filament tangled | Clean nozzle, check extruder gear, ensure filament spool rotates freely |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, loose pulleys, overheating drivers | Adjust belt tension, tighten pulleys, ensure proper cooling |
| Bed adhesion issues | Unlevel bed, wrong bed temperature, dirty surface | Re-level bed, adjust temperature, clean with isopropyl alcohol |
| Unusual noises | Loose components, dry bearings, belt rubbing | Tighten all screws, lubricate linear rails, adjust belt alignment |
Error Codes
- E01: Thermal runaway - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
- E02: Bed heating failure - Verify bed thermistor connection
- E03: Hotend heating failure - Check hotend wiring and heater
- E04: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
- E05: Filament runout - Load new filament or disable sensor
- E06: Communication error - Restart printer and check cables
