Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, main switch off | Check power supply, ensure main switch is on |
| Poor print quality | Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, clogged nozzle | Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, clean nozzle |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement on all axes |
| Unusual noises | Loose components, bearing issues | Tighten all screws, check bearings and linear rails |
| Wi-Fi connection failed | Network issues, incorrect settings | Check network connection, reset Wi-Fi settings |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Temperature too high - Check cooling and thermal runaway
- E03: Temperature too low - Check heating system
- E04: Filament runout - Load new filament
- E05: SD card error - Check SD card format and connection
- E06: Motor stalled - Check for obstructions and motor connections
