Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, emergency stop activated Check power supply, reset emergency stop button
Poor print quality Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, worn nozzle Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, replace nozzle
Filament not feeding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear issue, filament tangle Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, untangle filament
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure cooling
Unusual noises Loose components, bearing issues, belt rubbing Tighten all screws, lubricate bearings, adjust belt alignment
Wi-Fi connection issues Network problems, incorrect settings, firmware issue Check network, reconfigure Wi-Fi settings, update firmware
