Key Features

Dual Z-Axis System

Independent dual Z-axis motors with automatic alignment ensure perfect bed leveling and consistent print quality across the entire build volume.

Silent Motherboard

32-bit silent mainboard with TMC2209 stepper drivers provides ultra-quiet operation while maintaining precise motor control.

Auto Bed Leveling

CR-Touch auto bed leveling sensor with 25-point mesh calibration ensures perfect first layer adhesion on every print.

Direct Drive Extruder

All-metal direct drive extruder provides superior filament control for flexible materials and complex prints with frequent retractions.

Filament Runout Sensor

Integrated filament detection pauses printing when filament runs out, allowing for seamless filament changes without print failure.

Power Loss Recovery

Automatically resumes printing from the last layer after power interruption, preventing failed prints due to power outages.

Printing Modes Explained

High Speed Mode

Optimized for rapid prototyping with accelerated printing speeds up to 200mm/s

High Quality Mode

Precision printing with reduced layer heights for detailed models and smooth surfaces

Flexible Filament Mode

Specialized settings for TPU and other flexible materials with reduced retraction

ABS/ASA Mode

Enclosed chamber heating and optimized temperatures for engineering materials

Silent Mode

Reduced stepper motor current for ultra-quiet operation during night printing

Eco Mode

Energy-saving settings with reduced heating and optimized power consumption

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, ensure all cables are secure, test power outlet
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect Z-offset, dirty build surface Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface with isopropyl alcohol
Extruder skipping Clogged nozzle, extruder tension too tight/loose Perform cold pull to clear clog, adjust extruder tension
Layer shifting Loose belts, stepper driver overheating Tighten X and Y belts, ensure proper cooling for electronics
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower printing temperature, increase retraction distance and speed
Warping Bed temperature too low, insufficient adhesion, drafts Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids, eliminate drafts

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check heating elements and cooling
  • E4: Filament runout - Load new filament
  • E5: Overcurrent protection - Check motor connections
  • E6: Communication error - Restart printer and host software
