Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Software won't launch Missing dependencies, graphics driver issues Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables, update graphics drivers
Models won't import Corrupted files, unsupported format Check file integrity, ensure STL/OBJ/3MF format, use repair tools
Slicing fails Complex geometry, insufficient RAM Simplify model, increase virtual memory, close other applications
Printer not detected USB connection issues, driver problems Reinstall USB drivers, try different USB port, restart software
G-code export errors Write permissions, disk space Run as administrator, free up disk space, check antivirus settings
Slow performance Large models, insufficient system resources Reduce model complexity, increase RAM, use performance mode

Common Error Messages

  • Error 101: Graphics initialization failed - Update graphics drivers
  • Error 205: Printer connection timeout - Check USB cable and port
  • Error 312: Slicing engine crash - Reduce model complexity or restart software
  • Error 409: File permission denied - Run as administrator
  • Error 501: Update server unavailable - Check internet connection
  • Error 601: License validation failed - Reinstall software
