Key Features

Dual Z-Axis System

Independent dual Z-axis motors with automatic alignment ensure perfect bed leveling and consistent print quality across the entire build plate.

Direct Drive Extruder

High-torque direct drive extruder provides precise filament control, enabling printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.

Auto Bed Leveling

25-point automatic bed leveling with capacitive sensor ensures perfect first layer adhesion without manual adjustment.

Silent Motherboard

TMC2209 stepper drivers provide near-silent operation while maintaining precise motor control and reducing electrical noise.

Filament Runout Sensor

Integrated filament detection pauses printing when filament runs out, allowing for seamless filament changes without print failure.

Power Loss Recovery

Automatically resumes printing from the last recorded position after power interruption, saving time and material.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, faulty power supply Check power connection, verify power switch is on, test outlet
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect Z-offset, dirty bed Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Extruder clicking Nozzle clog, extruder tension too high, filament jam Clean nozzle, adjust extruder tension, check for filament obstruction
Layer shifting Loose belts, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower temperature, increase retraction distance and speed
Warping Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft Increase bed temperature, reduce part cooling, eliminate drafts

Error Codes

  • E1: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E2: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E4: Filament runout - Load new filament and resume
  • E5: Over-temperature - Allow printer to cool and restart
  • E6: Under-temperature - Check heating elements and power
