Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Software won't launch Missing dependencies, graphics driver issues Reinstall Visual C++ redistributables, update graphics drivers
Models won't load Corrupted files, unsupported format Check file integrity, ensure STL/OBJ/3MF format
Slicing errors Non-manifold geometry, model errors Use repair tools, check for holes in mesh
Printer not detected Driver issues, connection problems Reinstall USB drivers, check cable connection
Slow performance Large models, insufficient RAM Simplify models, increase virtual memory, add RAM
Export failures Disk space issues, permission problems Free up disk space, run as administrator

Error Codes

  • ERR-101: Graphics initialization failed - Update graphics drivers
  • ERR-102: Memory allocation error - Close other applications
  • ERR-201: Model import failed - Repair or re-export model
  • ERR-301: Slicing engine error - Reduce model complexity
  • ERR-401: Printer communication failed - Check USB connection
  • ERR-501: License validation failed - Reinstall or contact support
