Key Features

Dual Z-axis System

Independent dual Z-axis motors provide exceptional stability and precision, ensuring consistent layer height and improved print quality throughout the build volume.

Auto Bed Leveling

Advanced 25-point auto bed leveling system with capacitive sensor ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire build surface.

Direct Drive Extruder

High-torque direct drive extruder provides superior filament control, enabling printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.

Silent Mainboard

TMC2209 stepper drivers provide near-silent operation while maintaining precise motor control and reducing vibration artifacts.

Touch Screen Interface

4.3-inch full-color touch screen with intuitive menu system for easy printer control, calibration, and monitoring.

Filament Runout Sensor

Integrated filament detection pauses printing when filament runs out, allowing for seamless filament changes without print failure.

Print Technology Explained

High Speed Mode

Optimized for rapid prototyping with accelerated print speeds up to 150mm/s

High Precision Mode

Ultra-fine 0.05mm layer height for detailed models and miniature prints

Flexible Material Mode

Specialized settings for TPU and other flexible filaments with reduced retraction

ABS/ASA Mode

Enclosed chamber heating and optimized temperatures for engineering materials

PETG Mode

Balanced settings for strong, durable prints with minimal stringing

PLA Mode

Standard settings for reliable printing with the most common filament type

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, ensure all cables are secure, test outlet
Poor bed adhesion Unlevel bed, incorrect Z-offset, dirty build surface Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean with isopropyl alcohol
Extruder skipping Clogged nozzle, incorrect temperature, extruder tension Clean nozzle, adjust temperature, calibrate extruder steps
Layer shifting Loose belts, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing High temperature, insufficient retraction, moist filament Lower temperature, increase retraction, dry filament
Under-extrusion Partial clog, extruder slipping, low temperature Perform cold pull, check extruder gear, increase temperature

Error Codes

  • E1: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E2: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and thermal sensors
  • E4: Filament runout - Load new filament and resume
  • E5: Over-temperature - Allow to cool and check cooling system
  • E6: Under-temperature - Check heating elements and power
