Key Features

Intelligent Slicing

Advanced slicing algorithms optimize print paths, reduce printing time, and improve print quality with automatic parameter adjustments.

One-Click Printing

Simplified workflow with automatic model orientation, support generation, and slicing settings for beginners and experts alike.

Model Repair Tools

Built-in mesh repair tools automatically fix common 3D model issues like non-manifold edges, holes, and inverted normals.

Real-time Preview

Visualize every layer of your print with detailed layer-by-layer preview and simulation before printing begins.

Multi-material Support

Support for dual extrusion and multi-material printing with automatic wipe tower generation and material change scripts.

Custom Profiles

Create and save custom printer profiles, material settings, and slicing configurations for different projects.

Advanced Slicing Features

Adaptive Layers

Automatically adjusts layer height based on model geometry for optimal speed and quality

Tree Supports

Generate efficient tree-like supports that use less material and are easier to remove

Ironing

Smooth top surfaces by moving hot nozzle over top layers without extruding

Fuzzy Skin

Create textured surfaces by adding random deviations to outer walls

Spiralize Mode

Print hollow models in continuous spiral motion for vases and containers

Custom Supports

Manually place supports exactly where needed for complex geometries

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Software won't launch Corrupted installation, missing dependencies Reinstall software, install required Visual C++ redistributables
Printer not detected USB driver issues, wrong port selection Reinstall USB drivers, check correct COM port in device manager
Slicing errors Corrupted model files, insufficient memory Repair model mesh, reduce model complexity, increase virtual memory
Print quality issues Wrong settings, outdated firmware Calibrate printer, update firmware, adjust slicing parameters
Slow performance Large models, insufficient system resources Simplify models, close other applications, upgrade hardware
Export failures Disk space issues, file permission problems Free up disk space, run as administrator, check write permissions

Common Error Messages

  • Error 101: Printer connection failed - Check USB cable and port
  • Error 202: Model too large - Scale down or split model
  • Error 303: Invalid G-code - Regenerate slicing with correct settings
  • Error 404: File not found - Check file path and permissions
  • Error 505: Memory allocation failed - Close other programs and retry
  • Error 606: Update failed - Check internet connection and retry
