Key Features

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves print progress in case of power failure, allowing you to resume printing from the last layer when power is restored.

Carborundum Glass Platform

Special textured glass build plate provides excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal once cooled, eliminating the need for additional adhesives.

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

High-quality aluminum extrusion frame provides exceptional stability and rigidity, ensuring precise printing and minimal vibration.

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified power supply ensures stable voltage output and safe operation, reducing the risk of print failures due to power fluctuations.

Upgradable Design

Open-source design allows for extensive modifications and upgrades including auto bed leveling, direct drive conversion, and silent stepper drivers.

Precision Stepper Motors

High-torque stepper motors with 1.8° step angle provide precise movement control for accurate layer alignment and smooth operation.

Printing Materials Compatibility

PLA

Easy to print, low warping, ideal for beginners and general purpose printing

ABS

High strength, heat resistant, requires heated bed and enclosure for best results

PETG

Durable, chemical resistant, combines ease of PLA with strength of ABS

TPU

Flexible filament for rubber-like parts, requires slow printing speeds

Wood-filled

Composite filament with wood particles for realistic wood-like finishes

Carbon Fiber

Reinforced filament for extra strength and stiffness, requires hardened nozzle

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, ensure all cables are connected securely
Poor bed adhesion Unlevel bed, incorrect nozzle height, dirty build surface Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface with isopropyl alcohol
Under-extrusion Clogged nozzle, incorrect temperature, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, increase temperature, check extruder tension
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower temperature, increase retraction distance and speed
Warping/corner lifting Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, reduce cooling fan speed

Common Error Messages

  • THERMAL RUNAWAY: Temperature control issue - Check thermistor and heater connections
  • HOMING FAILED: Endstop not triggered - Check endstop wiring and positioning
  • HEATING FAILED: Heater not reaching temperature - Check heater cartridge and wiring
  • MAXTEMP ERROR: Temperature reading too high - Check thermistor for short circuit
  • MINTEMP ERROR: Temperature reading too low - Check thermistor for open circuit
  • FILAMENT RUNOUT: Filament sensor triggered - Load new filament or bypass sensor
