Key Features

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves print progress in case of power failure, allowing you to resume printing exactly where it left off once power is restored.

Carborundum Glass Platform

Special textured glass build plate provides excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal of finished prints once cooled.

Precision V-Slot Wheels

High-quality V-slot wheels ensure smooth and precise movement on all axes, reducing vibration and improving print quality.

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified power supply provides stable voltage output for consistent performance and safety.

Upgradable Design

Modular design allows for easy upgrades including auto bed leveling, silent stepper drivers, and direct drive extruder conversion.

Filament Runout Sensor

Detects when filament runs out and pauses the print, allowing you to reload filament and resume printing without losing progress.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts and extrudes thermoplastic filament layer by layer to create 3D objects

Bowden Extruder

Lightweight print head design reduces moving mass for faster and more precise printing

Heated Bed

Prevents warping and improves adhesion for materials like ABS and PETG

Thermal Runaway Protection

Safety feature that automatically shuts down heating if temperature exceeds set limits

Silent Motherboard

TMC2208 stepper drivers provide near-silent operation during printing

Filament Compatibility

Supports PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and other 1.75mm diameter filaments

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, main switch off Check power supply, ensure main switch is on, check fuse
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not leveled, incorrect nozzle height Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check and adjust belt tension, ensure smooth movement
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings Lower temperature, increase retraction distance/speed
Warped prints Bed temperature, cooling, adhesion Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, apply adhesive

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check heating elements and cooling
  • E4: Filament runout - Reload filament or disable sensor
  • E5: Power loss - Check power connection and resume print
  • E6: Motor stall - Check mechanical obstruction or current
