Assembly Guide
Tools Needed:
- Hex wrenches (included)
- Allen keys (included)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Leveling gauge (included)
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Check Components: Unpack all parts and verify all components are present using the parts checklist.
- Assemble Frame: Connect the vertical aluminum extrusions to the base frame using the provided screws and brackets.
- Install Z-axis: Mount the Z-axis lead screw and motor to the vertical frame, ensuring smooth movement.
- Install X-axis Gantry: Attach the X-axis gantry with the extruder assembly to the vertical frame.
- Install Print Bed: Mount the heated bed to the Y-axis carriage and secure with springs and adjustment knobs.
- Connect Electronics: Route and connect all cables to the main control board following the wiring diagram.
- Level the Bed: Use the paper method to level all four corners of the print bed for proper first layer adhesion.
- Test Run: Perform a test print to verify proper assembly and calibration.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, mainboard fault | Check power supply, ensure all connections are secure |
| Poor bed adhesion | Unlevel bed, dirty surface, wrong temperature | Relevel bed, clean with isopropyl alcohol, adjust bed temperature |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, perform cold pull |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check and adjust belt tension, ensure smooth movement on all axes |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings | Lower nozzle temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed |
| Warping corners | Bed temperature, cooling, adhesion | Increase bed temperature, use brim/raft, ensure clean bed surface |
Common Error Messages
