Key Features
MeanWell Power Supply
High-quality UL-certified power supply provides stable voltage output, ensuring consistent printing performance and enhanced safety during operation.
Carborundum Glass Platform
Ultra-flat tempered glass bed with carborundum coating provides excellent adhesion for various filaments and easy print removal after cooling.
Resume Print Function
Automatically saves print progress in case of power failure, allowing the print to resume from the last layer when power is restored.
Upgraded Extruder
All-metal extruder with improved feeding mechanism provides better filament grip and more consistent extrusion for higher quality prints.
V-Slot Aluminum Profile
High-precision aluminum extrusion frame with V-slot wheels ensures stable and accurate movement with minimal maintenance required.
Silent Motherboard
32-bit silent mainboard with TMC2208 stepper drivers reduces operational noise by 50% compared to previous models.
Printing Technology Explained
FDM Technology
Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects
Bowden Extrusion
Separate extruder motor reduces moving mass on X-axis for faster and more precise printing
Heated Bed
Temperature-controlled print surface prevents warping and improves adhesion for various materials
Auto-Leveling
Optional BLTouch sensor enables automatic bed leveling for perfect first layers every time
Filament Detection
Optional sensor pauses print when filament runs out, preventing failed prints due to empty spools
OctoPrint Compatible
USB connectivity allows integration with OctoPrint for remote monitoring and control
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, faulty power supply | Check power cable connection, verify power switch position |
| Poor print quality | Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, clogged nozzle | Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, clean nozzle |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping | Perform cold pull, clean nozzle, adjust extruder tension |
| Layer shifting | Loose belts, stepper motor issues | Tighten belts, check stepper motor connections |
| Warped prints | Bed temperature too low, poor adhesion | Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids |
| Noisy operation | Loose components, dry bearings | Tighten all screws, lubricate moving parts |
Error Codes
- E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
- E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E3: Thermal runaway - Check all thermal components
- E4: Heater fault - Replace faulty heating element
- E5: Power loss - Check power supply and connections
