Key Features

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality UL certified power supply provides stable voltage output, ensuring safer and more reliable printing performance.

Carborundum Glass Platform

Upgraded build surface with excellent adhesion when hot and easy removal when cool, providing perfect first layers every time.

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

High-precision aluminum extrusion frame provides excellent stability and durability for consistent printing results.

Resume Printing Function

Automatically saves printing progress. In case of power failure, printing can resume from the last layer without starting over.

Upgraded Extruder

All-metal extruder with improved feeding mechanism provides better filament control and reduced clogging issues.

Magnetic Build Surface

Flexible magnetic build plate allows for easy print removal and quick surface replacement when needed.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create objects

Precision Stepper Motors

High-torque stepper motors with 1.8° step angle provide precise movement control on all axes

Thermal Runaway Protection

Advanced safety feature that monitors temperature and shuts down if abnormal readings are detected

Bowden Extrusion System

Lightweight print head design reduces moving mass for faster and more precise printing movements

Manual Bed Leveling

Four-point manual leveling system with sturdy springs for precise bed calibration

Filament Runout Sensor

Optional sensor detects when filament runs out and pauses printing for reloading

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, ensure all cables are secure, test outlet
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not leveled, incorrect nozzle height, dirty build surface Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface with alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament tangled Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament spool rotates freely
Layer shifting Belt tension too loose, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower printing temperature, increase retraction distance and speed
Warped prints Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft in room Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, reduce cooling fan speed

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway protection - Check all thermal components
  • E4: Power supply error - Check voltage and connections
  • E5: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
  • E6: Overheating - Check cooling fans and ventilation
