Key Features

Sprite Direct Drive Extruder

The all-metal Sprite Direct Drive extruder provides precise filament control, reduced retraction distance, and excellent performance with flexible filaments.

CR Touch Auto-Leveling

Automatic bed leveling with 16-point mesh compensation ensures perfect first layers across the entire print surface.

Dual Z-Axis Screws

Twin Z-axis lead screws with independent motors provide exceptional stability and prevent gantry sag for consistent print quality.

Spring Steel PEI Build Plate

Magnetic spring steel PEI sheet provides excellent adhesion when hot and easy print removal when cool.

Silent Mainboard

TMC2208 stepper drivers provide near-silent operation while maintaining precise motor control.

Full Metal Hotend

All-metal hotend allows printing with high-temperature materials up to 300°C including ABS, PETG, and TPU.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Printing

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects.

Direct Drive

Extruder mounted directly on the print head reduces retraction distance and improves flexible filament printing.

Auto-Leveling

Probe measures bed surface at multiple points and compensates for any unevenness during printing.

Heated Bed

Temperature-controlled print surface improves adhesion and prevents warping with various materials.

Dual Z-Axis

Two synchronized lead screws ensure perfect alignment and stability of the X-axis gantry.

PEI Surface

Textured PEI coating provides excellent adhesion when heated and easy release when cooled.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, mainboard fault Check power supply, ensure proper voltage setting, check connections
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, filament jam Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension, loose pulleys, overheating drivers Tighten belts and pulleys, check stepper motor temperatures
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings, temperature too high Adjust retraction distance and speed, lower printing temperature
Warped prints Bed temperature, cooling, ambient temperature Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, adjust cooling settings

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check for proper heating and cooling
  • E4: Power loss - Check power supply and connections
  • E5: CR Touch error - Check probe connection and function
  • E6: Filament runout - Check filament sensor and filament loading
