Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Hex wrenches (included)
- Phillips screwdriver
- Spanner wrench
- Leveling card or paper
- Pliers
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unbox and Inventory: Carefully unbox all components and verify all parts are present using the included checklist.
- Frame Assembly: Assemble the aluminum extrusion frame according to the diagram, ensuring all connections are tight and square.
- Install Gantry: Mount the X-axis gantry to the vertical frames, ensuring smooth movement without binding.
- Install Print Bed: Attach the heated bed to the Y-axis carriage, ensuring it is securely fastened.
- Install Extruder: Mount the Sprite Direct Drive Extruder to the X-axis gantry and connect all cables.
- Connect Electronics: Route and connect all cables to the mainboard following the color-coded guides.
- Level the Bed: Perform manual bed leveling using the included leveling card, then run auto-leveling.
- Test Run: Perform a test print using the included sample filament to verify proper operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

- HEATING FAILED: Temperature not reaching target - Check heater cartridge
- PROBE ERROR: CR Touch malfunction - Check probe connection and function
