Key Features
Sprite Direct Extruder Pro
All-metal direct drive extruder with dual-gear feeding system provides precise filament control, reduced stringing, and compatibility with flexible filaments.
CR-Touch Auto Leveling
Automatic bed leveling sensor ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire build plate, eliminating manual leveling hassles.
All-Metal Hotend
High-temperature hotend capable of reaching 300°C enables printing with engineering materials like ABS, PETG, and TPU.
Dual Z-axis Screws
Dual lead screws with synchronous motors ensure stable and precise Z-axis movement, preventing gantry sag and improving print quality.
Carborundum Glass Bed
High-temperature resistant glass bed with carborundum coating provides excellent adhesion while allowing easy print removal when cooled.
Silent Motherboard
32-bit silent mainboard with TMC2225 stepper drivers reduces operational noise to below 50dB while improving motion control.
Printing Materials Compatibility
PLA
Easy to print, low warping, ideal for beginners and general prototyping
ABS
High strength, heat resistant, requires enclosed printing for best results
PETG
Durable, chemical resistant, combines ease of PLA with strength of ABS
TPU
Flexible filament for rubber-like parts, requires direct drive extruder
Wood PLA
Composite filament with wood fibers for realistic wooden appearance
Carbon Fiber
Reinforced filament for high-strength, lightweight engineering parts
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, loose connections | Check power supply, ensure all cables are securely connected |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, wrong nozzle height, dirty bed | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping | Perform cold pull, clean nozzle, check extruder tension |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check and adjust belt tension, ensure smooth movement |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings | Lower temperature, increase retraction distance/speed |
| Warping/corner lifting | Bed temperature, cooling, adhesion | Increase bed temp, use enclosure, apply adhesive |
Error Codes
- E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
- E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
- E4: Power supply error - Check voltage and connections
- E5: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
- E6: Motor stall - Check mechanical obstruction and current
