Key Features

Silent Mainboard

Upgraded silent mainboard with TMC2208 drivers significantly reduces printing noise to below 50dB, allowing for quiet operation in any environment.

Carborundum Glass Bed

Ultra-flat carborundum glass build plate provides excellent adhesion while printing and easy removal once cooled, ensuring perfect first layers every time.

4.3" Color Touchscreen

Large color touchscreen with intuitive interface makes operation simple and straightforward, displaying all essential printing information clearly.

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified Meanwell power supply ensures stable voltage output and enhanced safety during long printing sessions.

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

Industrial-grade aluminum extrusion frame provides exceptional stability and rigidity, minimizing vibrations for higher print quality.

Resume Printing Function

Automatic power failure recovery allows the printer to resume printing from the last layer if power is interrupted, saving time and filament.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts and extrudes thermoplastic filament layer by layer to create 3D objects

Bowden Extruder

Lightweight extruder design reduces moving mass for faster and more precise printing movements

Precision Steppers

High-torque stepper motors with micro-stepping drivers provide accurate positioning to 0.0125mm

Thermal Protection

Multiple thermal sensors and protection circuits prevent overheating and ensure safe operation

Filament Detection

Optional filament runout sensor pauses printing when filament is exhausted

Auto Bed Leveling

Optional BLTouch sensor enables automatic bed leveling for perfect first layers

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, ensure all cables are secure, test outlet
Poor bed adhesion Unlevel bed, dirty surface, incorrect temperature Re-level bed, clean with isopropyl alcohol, adjust bed temperature
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, low temperature Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase hotend temperature
Layer shifting Loose belts, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Tighten belts, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing High temperature, insufficient retraction, moist filament Lower temperature, increase retraction, dry filament
Warped prints Uneven cooling, low bed temperature, drafty environment Use enclosure, increase bed temperature, avoid drafts

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E4: Power supply error - Check voltage and connections
  • E5: Motor fault - Check motor connections and drivers
  • E6: Endstop error - Check limit switch functionality
