Key Features

CR-Touch Auto-Leveling

Automatic bed leveling sensor ensures perfect first layer adhesion every time by detecting and compensating for bed unevenness.

Dual Z-Axis Lead Screws

Two synchronized Z-axis lead screws provide exceptional stability and precision, eliminating gantry sag and ensuring consistent layer quality.

Carborundum Glass Bed

Upgraded textured glass build plate with excellent adhesion when hot and easy part removal when cool, requiring no additional adhesives.

Silent Mainboard

32-bit silent mainboard with TMC2225 stepper drivers reduces operational noise to below 50dB while improving motion control precision.

All-Metal Extruder

Durable all-metal extruder provides consistent filament feeding and can handle a wide range of filament types including flexible materials.

Touchscreen Interface

4.3-inch color touchscreen with intuitive menu system makes operation simple and accessible for users of all experience levels.

Printing Capabilities

PLA Printing

Optimized for PLA with recommended temperatures of 200°C nozzle and 60°C bed

PETG Printing

Excellent PETG performance with temperatures of 230-250°C nozzle and 70-80°C bed

TPU Printing

Flexible filament printing capability with direct drive-like performance

ABS Printing

High-temperature material support with enclosed chamber recommendations

High-Speed Mode

Optimized profiles for faster printing while maintaining quality

High-Detail Mode

Fine detail printing with layer heights as low as 0.1mm

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power switch off, loose cable, faulty power supply Check power switch, ensure all cables are connected securely
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect Z-offset, dirty build plate Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament tangled Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament spool rotates freely
Layer shifting Belt tension loose, stepper current incorrect, mechanical obstruction Tighten belts, check stepper drivers, ensure smooth movement
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings incorrect, temperature too high Adjust retraction distance and speed, lower printing temperature
Warping/corner lift Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft in room Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, ensure consistent ambient temperature

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check heating elements and cooling
  • E4: CR-Touch error - Check auto-leveling sensor connection
  • E5: Power loss recovery - Resume print or restart
  • E6: Filament runout - Load new filament or disable sensor
