Key Features

CR Touch Auto-Leveling

Automatic bed leveling sensor with 16-point mesh calibration ensures perfect first layer adhesion and consistent print quality across the entire build plate.

Dual Z-Axis Screws

Dual Z-axis lead screws with synchronized motors provide enhanced stability and precision, eliminating gantry sag and improving print accuracy.

Carborundum Glass Bed

High-temperature resistant textured glass build plate provides excellent adhesion when hot and easy print removal when cool, without additional adhesives.

Silent Mainboard

TMC2225 stepper drivers operate in stealthChop mode, reducing motor noise to below 50dB for quiet operation in home or office environments.

Direct Drive Extruder

All-metal direct drive extruder provides precise filament control, enabling reliable printing with flexible filaments and reducing stringing.

4.3" Color Touch Screen

User-friendly color touch interface with intuitive menu navigation, real-time monitoring, and offline printing capability.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM/FFF Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling builds objects layer by layer using heated thermoplastic filament

Heated Build Plate

Maintains optimal temperature to prevent warping and ensure proper layer adhesion

Precision Stepper Motors

0.0125mm step resolution provides high accuracy and smooth motion control

Filament Runout Sensor

Automatically pauses printing when filament runs out, allowing for seamless filament changes

Power Loss Recovery

Automatically resumes printing from the last recorded position after power interruption

Resume Printing Function

Allows pausing and resuming prints at any point for filament changes or inspection

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, main switch off, faulty connection Check power supply, ensure main switch is on, check all connections
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, low temperature Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase hotend temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings, temperature too high, travel speed Adjust retraction settings, lower temperature, increase travel speed
Warping/corner lift Bed temperature, cooling too fast, draft in room Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, reduce cooling fan speed

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway protection - Check all thermal systems
  • E4: Filament runout - Load new filament and resume
  • E5: Power loss - Use resume function to continue print
  • E6: CR Touch error - Check auto-leveling sensor connection
