Key Features

CR Touch Auto-Leveling

Automatic bed leveling system with 16-point mesh calibration ensures perfect first layer adhesion without manual adjustment.

Direct Drive Extruder

Integrated direct drive extruder provides better filament control, allowing printing of flexible materials and reducing stringing.

Dual Z-Axis Screws

Dual lead screws with synchronized motors ensure stable Z-axis movement and prevent gantry sagging for consistent print quality.

PEI Magnetic Build Plate

Spring steel PEI-coated build plate provides excellent adhesion when hot and easy print removal when cool.

Sprite Extruder Pro

All-metal hotend capable of reaching 260°C for printing various materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU.

Silent Motherboard

32-bit silent mainboard with TMC2225 stepper drivers reduces operational noise to below 50dB.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Printing

Fused Deposition Modeling technology melts and extrudes thermoplastic filament layer by layer

Auto Bed Leveling

Automatically creates mesh of print surface to compensate for any unevenness

Filament Runout Sensor

Detects when filament runs out and pauses print for easy reloading

Power Loss Recovery

Automatically resumes printing from last position after power interruption

Fast Heating

Hotend reaches 200°C in 2 minutes, bed reaches 60°C in 3 minutes

Resume Printing

Continue interrupted prints from exact stopping point

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, mainboard fault Check power supply, ensure proper voltage setting, check mainboard connections
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed Run auto-leveling, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, filament jam Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension, loose pulleys, overheating drivers Tighten belts and pulleys, check stepper motor currents
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower temperature, increase retraction distance and speed
Warping Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast, draft Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, reduce cooling fan speed

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E4: Filament runout - Load new filament and resume
  • E5: CR Touch error - Check probe connection and function
  • E6: Motor stall - Check for obstructions and motor connections
