Key Features

Sprite Direct Extruder

All-metal direct drive extruder with dual-gear feeding system provides precise filament control and enables printing with flexible materials.

CR Touch Auto Leveling

Automatic bed leveling with 16-point mesh calibration ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire print surface.

Dual Z-Axis Lead Screws

Dual Z-axis motors with lead screws provide exceptional stability and prevent gantry sag for consistent print quality.

PEI Magnetic Build Plate

Spring steel PEI-coated magnetic build plate offers excellent adhesion when hot and easy print removal when cool.

Silent Mainboard

32-bit silent mainboard with TMC2209 drivers reduces operational noise to below 50dB for quiet printing.

Rapid Heating

High-power heating system reaches printing temperature in under 2 minutes, significantly reducing wait times.

Printing Capabilities

PLA Printing

Optimized for PLA with recommended temperatures of 200-220°C nozzle, 50-60°C bed

PETG Printing

Excellent for PETG with temperatures of 230-250°C nozzle, 70-80°C bed

TPU Printing

Capable of printing flexible TPU with direct drive extruder at 220-240°C

ABS Printing

Suitable for ABS with enclosed chamber recommended, 240-260°C nozzle, 90-100°C bed

High-Speed Mode

Special mode for rapid prototyping at up to 250 mm/s print speed

High-Quality Mode

Precision mode for detailed prints with layer heights as low as 0.1mm

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, main switch off, faulty power supply Check power cable, ensure main switch is on, verify outlet function
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty build plate Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build plate with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament tangled Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament spool rotates freely
Layer shifting Belt tension incorrect, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Adjust belt tension, check for obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower nozzle temperature, increase retraction distance and speed
Warping Bed temperature too low, draft in printing area, poor adhesion Increase bed temperature, eliminate drafts, use adhesion aids

Error Codes

  • E1: Nozzle temperature error - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check all thermal systems for safety
  • E4: Power loss - Resume print or restart
  • E5: Filament runout - Load new filament or resume
  • E6: Homing error - Check endstops and mechanical movement
