Key Features

CR Touch Auto Leveling

Automatic bed leveling sensor that ensures perfect first layer adhesion by creating a detailed mesh of the print surface.

Sprite Direct Extruder

All-metal direct drive extruder provides precise filament control, enabling printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.

Dual Z-Axis Lead Screws

Dual Z-axis motors with lead screws ensure stable and precise vertical movement, improving print quality and consistency.

Silent Motherboard

TMC2209 stepper drivers provide near-silent operation while maintaining precise motor control and smooth movement.

PEI Magnetic Build Plate

Spring steel PEI-coated build plate provides excellent adhesion when hot and easy print removal when cool.

Filament Runout Sensor

Detects when filament runs out and pauses printing, allowing you to resume exactly where it stopped after reloading.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects.

Precision Control

0.01mm Z-axis resolution and 0.1mm XY precision for detailed and accurate prints.

Fast Heating

Hotend reaches 200°C in 2 minutes, heated bed reaches 60°C in 3 minutes for quick start-up.

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves print progress and can resume printing after power interruption.

Multiple Material Support

Compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and other common 3D printing filaments.

User-Friendly Interface

4.3-inch color touch screen with intuitive menu system for easy operation.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, main switch off Check power supply, ensure main switch is on
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, wrong bed temperature Re-level bed, increase bed temperature, clean build surface
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase hotend temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement on all axes
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings, temperature too high Adjust retraction settings, lower printing temperature
Warped prints Bed temperature, cooling too fast Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, adjust cooling fan speed

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check heating system
  • E4: Filament runout - Reload filament
  • E5: CR Touch error - Check auto-leveling sensor
  • E6: Motor stall - Check axis movement and obstruction
