Key Features

Silent Mainboard

Equipped with TMC2208 silent stepper drivers that reduce operational noise to below 50dB, allowing for quiet operation in any environment.

Carborundum Glass Bed

The upgraded carborundum glass build plate provides excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal once cooled, ensuring perfect first layers.

Meanwell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified power supply ensures stable voltage output and enhanced safety during long printing sessions.

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

Industrial-grade aluminum extrusion frame provides exceptional stability and rigidity for precise printing results.

Resume Print Function

Automatic power failure recovery allows the printer to resume printing from the last layer after unexpected power interruptions.

Upgraded Extruder

All-metal extruder with improved feeding mechanism provides consistent filament flow and reduced clogging issues.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling melts thermoplastic filament and deposits it layer by layer to create 3D objects.

Bowden Extruder

Lightweight print head design reduces moving mass for faster and more precise printing movements.

Heated Bed

Temperature-controlled build surface prevents warping and improves adhesion for various filament types.

Auto-Leveling

Optional CR-Touch sensor enables automatic bed leveling for perfect first layers every time.

Filament Runout Sensor

Detects when filament runs out and pauses printing, allowing for filament replacement without print failure.

OctoPrint Compatible

Fully compatible with OctoPrint for remote monitoring and control via web interface.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, faulty power supply Check power cable connection, verify power switch position
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not leveled, incorrect nozzle height Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, ensure smooth axis movement
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings Lower temperature, adjust retraction distance and speed
Warped prints Bed temperature, cooling too fast Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, adjust cooling

Error Codes

  • E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
  • E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check heater cartridge
  • E4: Power loss - Check power supply and connections
  • E5: XYZ homing error - Check endstop switches
  • E6: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
