Key Features
MeanWell Power Supply
High-quality UL-certified power supply ensures stable voltage output and safe operation, providing reliable power for consistent print quality.
Carborundum Glass Platform
Upgraded glass build plate with carborundum coating provides excellent adhesion for first layers and easy print removal when cooled.
V-Slot Aluminum Profile
Precision aluminum extrusion frame with V-slot wheels ensures stable and accurate movement, reducing vibration during high-speed printing.
Resume Print Function
Automatically saves print progress in case of power failure, allowing you to resume printing exactly where it left off when power is restored.
Upgraded Extruder
All-metal extruder with improved tensioner provides better filament grip and more consistent extrusion for higher quality prints.
Magnetic Build Surface
Removable magnetic build plate allows for easy print removal and quick surface replacement when needed.
Print Technology Explained
FDM Technology
Fused Deposition Modeling melts and extrudes thermoplastic filament layer by layer to create 3D objects
Bowden Extruder
Lightweight print head design reduces moving mass for faster and more precise printing movements
Heated Bed
Temperature-controlled build plate prevents warping and improves adhesion for various filament types
Silent Motherboard
TMC2208 stepper drivers provide near-silent operation while maintaining precise motor control
Filament Runout Sensor
Detects when filament runs out and pauses printing, preventing failed prints due to empty spools
Auto Bed Leveling
Optional BLTouch sensor support for automatic bed leveling and perfect first layers every time
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, faulty power supply | Check power cable connection, verify power switch is on |
| Poor print quality | Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, clogged nozzle | Relevel bed, adjust temperature settings, clean nozzle |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, adjust extruder tension, check for filament jam |
| Layer shifting | Loose belts, stepper motor issues | Tighten belts, check stepper connections, reduce print speed |
| Warped prints | Bed temperature too low, poor adhesion | Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids, ensure bed is clean |
| Nozzle dragging | Over-extrusion, Z-offset too low | Calibrate extrusion, adjust Z-offset, check first layer height |
Error Codes
- E1: Hotend temperature error - Check thermistor connection
- E2: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor
- E3: Thermal runaway - Check heating elements and cooling
- E4: Power loss - Check power supply and connections
- E5: Filament runout - Replace or insert filament
- E6: Over-temperature - Allow printer to cool, check cooling fans
