Key Features

MeanWell Power Supply

High-quality UL-certified power supply provides stable voltage output, ensuring consistent printing performance and enhanced safety during operation.

Carborundum Glass Platform

Ultra-flat tempered glass build plate with special coating provides excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal after cooling.

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves printing progress in case of power failure, allowing the print to resume from the last recorded position when power is restored.

Upgraded Extruder

All-metal extruder with improved feeding mechanism provides better filament grip and more consistent extrusion for higher print quality.

V-Slot Aluminum Profile

High-precision aluminum extrusion frame provides excellent stability and rigidity, reducing vibration and improving print accuracy.

Quiet Operation

Silent mainboard with TMC2208 stepper drivers significantly reduces operating noise, making it suitable for home and office environments.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling builds objects layer by layer using heated thermoplastic filament

Bowden Extruder

Lightweight print head design reduces moving mass for faster and more precise movements

Heated Bed

Temperature-controlled build plate prevents warping and improves first layer adhesion

Auto-Leveling

Optional BLTouch sensor support for automatic bed leveling and mesh compensation

Filament Detection

Optional filament runout sensor pauses printing when filament is exhausted

OctoPrint Support

Compatible with OctoPrint for remote monitoring and control via web interface

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, mainboard fault Check power supply, ensure proper voltage setting, check mainboard connections
Poor print quality Unlevel bed, incorrect temperature, clogged nozzle Re-level bed, adjust temperature settings, clean or replace nozzle
Filament not extruding Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, incorrect temperature Clean nozzle, tighten extruder gear, increase hotend temperature
Layer shifting Loose belts, stepper motor issues, mechanical obstruction Tighten belts, check stepper connections, ensure smooth movement
Warped prints Insufficient bed adhesion, incorrect bed temperature, drafts Use adhesion aids, increase bed temperature, eliminate drafts
Stringing/oozing Incorrect retraction settings, temperature too high Adjust retraction distance and speed, lower printing temperature

Common Issues and Solutions

  • Bed Leveling Issues: Use paper method for manual leveling, consider auto-leveling upgrade
  • Clogged Nozzle: Perform cold pull or use cleaning filament, replace if necessary
  • Under-extrusion: Check extruder tension, calibrate E-steps, increase flow rate
  • Overheating: Ensure proper ventilation, check fan operation, reduce ambient temperature
  • SD Card Errors: Format SD card, use recommended brands, check file integrity
  • Z-axis Binding: Lubricate lead screws, check alignment, adjust coupling tightness
