Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, firmware error Check power supply, restart printer, update firmware
Poor layer adhesion Bed not level, temperature too low Re-level bed, increase bed/nozzle temperature
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear jam
Warped prints Bed temperature uneven, cooling too fast Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, add brim
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, clean rails, reduce speed
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings, temperature too high Adjust retraction settings, lower nozzle temperature

Error Codes

  • E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Temperature runaway - Verify cooling and thermal safety
  • E03: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E04: Filament runout - Load new filament and resume
  • E05: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
  • E06: Communication error - Restart printer and software
