Key Features

Large Build Volume

500×500×500mm build chamber enables printing of large-scale prototypes, functional parts, and production components in a single print.

Dual Extrusion System

Independent dual extruders allow for multi-material and multi-color printing, support material usage, and complex composite structures.

Auto Bed Leveling

Advanced 25-point automatic bed leveling system ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire print surface.

High-Temperature Capability

300°C all-metal hotends and 120°C heated bed enable printing with engineering-grade materials including ABS, Nylon, and composites.

FlashCloud Connectivity

Cloud-based printing management system allows remote monitoring, file management, and printer control from any device.

Industrial-Grade Construction

Sturdy aluminum frame, linear rails, and industrial components ensure reliability and precision for continuous operation.

Print Modes Explained

High Precision Mode

0.05mm layer height for detailed models and fine features with extended print time

Standard Mode

0.2mm layer height balanced for quality and speed for most applications

Draft Mode

0.3mm layer height for rapid prototyping and large structural parts

Dual Material Mode

Simultaneous printing with two materials for composites and supports

High-Speed Mode

Optimized for production with 150mm/s speed for non-critical parts

Experimental Mode

Custom settings for advanced users and material development

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, emergency stop engaged, firmware error Check power supply, release emergency stop, restart printer
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty build surface Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface with isopropyl alcohol
Extruder clogging Contaminated filament, temperature too low, retraction issues Perform cold pull, increase temperature, adjust retraction settings
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Check belt tension, clear obstructions, ensure proper cooling
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect Lower temperature, increase retraction distance and speed
Warping Bed temperature too low, draft, improper bed adhesion Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, apply adhesion aids
Under-extrusion Clogged nozzle, extruder gear slipping, filament diameter variation Clear nozzle, tighten extruder gear, check filament consistency
