Composite filament that produces wood-like appearance and can be sanded and stained
Carbon Fiber
Reinforced filament for extra strength and stiffness in structural parts
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, main board failure | Check power supply, ensure proper voltage, check main board connections |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed surface | Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament jam | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers | Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement, check cooling |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings incorrect | Lower temperature, increase retraction distance and speed |
| Warping | Bed temperature too low, poor adhesion, cooling too fast | Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids, reduce cooling |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E03: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
- E04: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
- E05: Motor stall - Check for obstructions and motor connections
- E06: Communication error - Check USB/Wi-Fi connection
