Key Features

Fully Enclosed Design

The enclosed chamber maintains consistent temperature for better print quality with ABS and other temperature-sensitive materials, while ensuring safety during operation.

Automatic Bed Leveling

Built-in sensor automatically levels the print bed, eliminating manual calibration and ensuring perfect first layer adhesion every time.

Removable Build Plate

Flexible, removable build plate allows for easy print removal and minimizes damage to prints during removal.

Cloud Printing

FlashCloud integration enables remote monitoring and control via web interface or mobile app, allowing you to manage prints from anywhere.

Filament Detection

Built-in filament runout sensor pauses printing when filament is depleted, allowing you to resume printing after reloading.

Quiet Operation

Advanced stepper motor drivers and sound-dampening materials ensure quiet operation suitable for office or classroom environments.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling builds objects layer by layer using heated thermoplastic filament

Direct Drive Extruder

Extruder mounted directly on print head allows for flexible filament printing with better control

Heated Build Plate

Temperature-controlled build surface improves adhesion and prevents warping

Dual Cooling Fans

Two cooling fans ensure proper cooling of printed layers for better overhang performance

Resume Print Function

Automatically saves print progress and can resume printing after power interruption

Calibration Wizard

Step-by-step guided calibration process for optimal print quality

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, safety switch engaged Check power supply, ensure door is closed completely
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean build surface
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, increase temperature
Stringing between prints Retraction settings incorrect, temperature too high Adjust retraction distance and speed, lower temperature
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement of all axes
Warped prints Bed temperature too low, cooling too fast Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, add brim

Error Codes

  • E01: Temperature sensor error - Check thermistor connections
  • E02: Heating failed - Check heater cartridge and wiring
  • E03: Over temperature - Allow to cool, check cooling fans
  • E04: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
  • E05: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
  • E06: Door open - Close door to continue printing
