Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, faulty connection | Check power supply, ensure all cables are securely connected |
| Poor print adhesion | Unlevel bed, incorrect bed temperature | Re-level print bed, adjust bed temperature for filament type |
| Filament not extruding | Clogged nozzle, extruder gear issue | Clean nozzle, check extruder gear tension, clear filament path |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement of all axes |
| Stringing/oozing | Retraction settings, temperature too high | Adjust retraction settings, lower printing temperature |
| Wi-Fi connection issues | Network configuration, distance from router | Check network settings, move printer closer to router |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failure - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
- E02: Temperature sensor error - Verify thermistor connection
- E03: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
- E04: Filament runout - Replace or reload filament
- E05: Over temperature - Allow printer to cool, check cooling fan
- E06: Communication error - Restart printer and software
