Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, main switch off, faulty connection | Check power supply, ensure main switch is on, check all connections |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect bed temperature, dirty build surface | Re-level bed, adjust bed temperature, clean with isopropyl alcohol |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, incorrect temperature | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, verify temperature settings |
| Print warping | Bed temperature too low, draft in room, poor adhesion | Increase bed temperature, close chamber door, use adhesion aids |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension issues, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers | Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement, allow printer to cool |
| Stringing/oozing | Retraction settings incorrect, temperature too high | Adjust retraction settings, lower printing temperature |
Error Codes
- E01: Temperature sensor error - Check thermistor connections
