Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, emergency stop engaged | Check power supply, ensure emergency stop button is released |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height | Run automatic bed leveling, adjust Z-offset |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament is loaded |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check belt tension, ensure nothing is obstructing movement |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings | Lower nozzle temperature, increase retraction distance/speed |
| Warping | Bed temperature, cooling too fast | Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, add brim/raft |
Error Codes
- E01: Heater error - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
- E03: Thermal runaway - Check cooling fans and temperature sensors
- E04: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
