TPU Printing

Direct drive system enables reliable flexible filament printing with precise extrusion control

PETG Printing

Balanced settings for strong, chemical-resistant PETG with good layer adhesion

High-Speed Mode

Optimized for draft quality prototypes with increased print speeds up to 150mm/s

High-Quality Mode

Ultra-fine layer heights down to 0.05mm for detailed models and miniatures

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, emergency stop engaged Check power supply, ensure emergency stop button is released
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height Run automatic bed leveling, adjust Z-offset
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, ensure filament is loaded
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, ensure nothing is obstructing movement
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings Lower nozzle temperature, increase retraction distance/speed
Warping Bed temperature, cooling too fast Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, add brim/raft

Error Codes

  • E01: Heater error - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Bed temperature error - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E03: Thermal runaway - Check cooling fans and temperature sensors
  • E04: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstruction
  • E05: Filament runout - Reload filament
  • E06: Communication error - Restart printer and software
