Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Hex wrench set (included)
  • Leveling card (included)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Spool holder assembly tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unboxing: Carefully remove all components from packaging and verify all parts are included.
  2. Assemble Frame: Connect the vertical frame supports to the base using provided screws and hex wrenches.
  3. Install Print Bed: Attach the heated print bed to the Y-axis carriage, ensuring it's securely fastened.
  4. Mount Extruder: Install the direct drive extruder assembly onto the X-axis gantry.
  5. Connect Electronics: Route and connect all cables to the main control board following the color-coded guides.
  6. Level the Bed: Use the automatic bed leveling system and manual adjustment to ensure proper first layer adhesion.
  7. Test Run: Perform a calibration print to verify all systems are functioning correctly.
Warning: Ensure proper ventilation when operating the 3D printer. Keep away from flammable materials and monitor during initial prints.

Key Features

High-Speed Printing

Capable of printing at speeds up to 500 mm/s with precision, reducing print times by up to 70% compared to standard 3D printers.

Direct Drive Extruder

High-torque direct drive extruder provides superior filament control, enabling printing with flexible materials and reducing stringing.

Auto Bed Leveling

16-point automatic bed leveling system ensures perfect first layer adhesion across the entire print surface.

All-Metal Hotend

High-temperature all-metal hotend allows printing with engineering materials including ABS, PETG, TPU, and composite filaments.

FlashCloud Connectivity

Cloud-based platform for remote monitoring, file management, and firmware updates via smartphone app or web interface.

Filament Runout Sensor

Automatically pauses printing when filament runs out, allowing for spool changes without losing print progress.

Print Modes Explained

Standard Mode

Balanced speed and quality for everyday printing tasks

High-Speed Mode

Maximum speed for prototypes and functional testing

High-Quality Mode

Slower speeds for detailed models and smooth surfaces

Silent Mode

Reduced noise operation for office or home environments

Flexible Mode

Optimized settings for TPU and other flexible filaments

Engineering Mode

High-temperature settings for ABS and composite materials

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, emergency stop engaged Check power supply, ensure emergency stop button is released
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect Z-offset, dirty bed surface Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping, filament jam Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction, overheating drivers Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement, allow cooling
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings, temperature too high, moist filament Adjust retraction, lower temperature, dry filament
Warping Bed temperature, cooling too fast, draft in room Increase bed temp, use enclosure, reduce cooling fan speed

Error Codes

  • E01: Temperature sensor error - Check thermistor connections
  • E02: Heating failed - Check heater cartridge and wiring
  • E03: Over-temperature - Allow cooling, check cooling fan
  • E04: Under-temperature - Check heater power supply
  • E05: Filament runout - Load new filament spool
  • E06: Bed leveling failed - Clean sensor, restart leveling
