Key Features

Direct Drive Extruder

High-precision direct drive extruder provides better filament control, enabling printing of flexible materials and reducing stringing.

Dual Z-Axis Lead Screws

Dual Z-axis with independent stepper motors ensures perfect bed alignment and eliminates gantry sag for consistent print quality.

Auto Bed Leveling

BLTouch sensor provides automatic bed leveling, compensating for any unevenness in the print surface.

Silent Stepper Drivers

TMC2209 stepper drivers operate nearly silently while providing smooth motion and precise control.

Modular Design

Easy-to-upgrade modular components allow for future upgrades and customization based on your printing needs.

All-Metal Hotend

Capable of printing high-temperature materials up to 300°C, expanding your material options beyond basic filaments.

Printing Technology Explained

FDM Printing

Fused Deposition Modeling technology for precise layer-by-layer construction

Resume Printing

Automatically resumes printing after power failure from the last recorded position

Filament Detection

Optical sensor detects filament runout and pauses printing for reloading

Power Loss Recovery

Saves print progress to resume exactly where it stopped after power interruption

Multi-Material Support

Compatible with single and dual extrusion setups for multi-color/material prints

Remote Monitoring

Built-in camera and network connectivity for remote print monitoring

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't power on Power supply issue, loose connections Check power cable, verify all connections are secure
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, incorrect nozzle height, dirty bed Re-level bed, adjust Z-offset, clean bed with isopropyl alcohol
Extruder skipping Clogged nozzle, extruder tension too tight/loose Clean nozzle, adjust extruder tension, check for filament grinding
Layer shifting Belt tension, loose pulleys, stepper current Check belt tension, tighten pulleys, verify stepper driver current
Stringing/oozing Retraction settings, temperature too high Adjust retraction distance/speed, lower printing temperature
Warping Bed temperature, cooling, adhesion Increase bed temperature, use enclosure, apply adhesion aids

Error Codes

  • E1: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heating cartridge
  • E2: Bed heating failed - Check bed thermistor and heater
  • E3: Thermal runaway - Check cooling and temperature sensors
  • E4: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
  • E5: Homing failed - Check endstops and wiring
  • E6: Over-temperature - Allow to cool and check cooling system
