Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Printer won't start | Power issue, main switch off | Check power supply, ensure main switch is on |
| Poor first layer adhesion | Bed not level, wrong bed temperature | Re-level bed, adjust bed temperature for filament type |
| Filament not extruding | Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping | Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path |
| Print warping | Bed temperature too low, poor adhesion | Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids |
| Layer shifting | Belt tension, mechanical obstruction | Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement of all axes |
| Stringing/oozing | Temperature too high, retraction settings | Lower nozzle temperature, adjust retraction settings |
Error Codes
- E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
- E02: Temperature runaway - Check cooling and thermal system
- E03: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
- E04: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
- E05: Bed leveling failed - Clean bed sensor, restart leveling
- E06: Communication error - Restart printer and software
