Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Printer won't start Power issue, main switch off Check power supply, ensure main switch is on
Poor first layer adhesion Bed not level, wrong bed temperature Re-level bed, adjust bed temperature for filament type
Filament not extruding Nozzle clogged, extruder gear slipping Clean nozzle, check extruder tension, clear filament path
Print warping Bed temperature too low, poor adhesion Increase bed temperature, use adhesion aids
Layer shifting Belt tension, mechanical obstruction Check belt tension, ensure smooth movement of all axes
Stringing/oozing Temperature too high, retraction settings Lower nozzle temperature, adjust retraction settings

Error Codes

  • E01: Heating failed - Check thermistor and heater cartridge
  • E02: Temperature runaway - Check cooling and thermal system
  • E03: Filament runout - Reload filament and resume
  • E04: Motor stall - Check for mechanical obstructions
  • E05: Bed leveling failed - Clean bed sensor, restart leveling
  • E06: Communication error - Restart printer and software
